Partner and Distributor Renewal Notices??
At the end of a membership cycle, Citrix provides a scheduled series of email communications and actions to help Solution Advisors renew Maintenance Program memberships and perform an annual review of their customer’s Citrix environment.?? Partners and Distributors are provided the following renewal notices which give ample time for the partner and/or distributor to prepare and manage the renewal engagement process leading up to the Citrix email communication with the customer.

Partners and Distributors are provided the following renewal notices which give ample time for the partner and/or distributor to prepare and manage the renewal engagement process leading up to the Citrix email communication with the customer.
- Citrix will send an email to the Partner 90 days prior to each customer’s renewal date.??
- Where applicable, the Distributor assigned by the Partner to each customer will receive a similar notification 120 days prior to customer renewal.
Requirements
Unrestricted log in and password for account containing Maintenance Program memberships.Instructions
- Log in to My Account.
- Select Renew and Manage Maintenance Programs under Support and Maintenance.
- Click Launch Maintenance Program Tool. ??
- Select Assign Advisor & Set View.
View Assignment(s)
- The following available options appear: ??
- View Assignment(s)
- Update Citrix Solution Advisor Visibility
- Add Solution Advisor
- To verify if a Solution Advisor has already been selected, select View Assignment(s).?? This allows validation on which licenses need to be modified for advisor assignment and visibility access.
- To change or add an advisor, check the box next to the product(s) to be updated.
- Click Continue to proceed.
- On the Citrix Solution Advisor Selection page, select a Solution Advisor listed and Continue or perform a search. If Advisor is found, it is automatically added to the list.
- Click Continue.
- On the Citrix Solution Advisor Contacts page, locate and select the Solution Advisor sales contact preferred and click Continue.
- Review Solution Advisor assignment details on Citrix Solution Advisor Assignment/Visibility Confirmation page.
Update Solution Advisor Visibility
Allows user to change a Solution Advisor’s view to View All or View Assigned.- After selecting Assign Advisor and Set View, click Update Solution Advisor Visibility.
- Locate advisor to be updated, review current visibility of advisor under Visibility column.
- To change click Update.
- Select a contact from the list and click Continue. Note:?? If visibility is View All, selecting update, changing from View All to View Assigned, requires selecting products (licenses) to be assigned to advisor being updated.
- When selections are complete, click Continue.
- Review confirmation page.
- To continue with renewal or to make more changes, click Main Menu.
Add Solution Advisor
Select this option to add an advisor for View All or View Assigned assignment.- After selecting Assign Advisor and Set View, click Add Solution Advisor.
- Select the state and add the advisor company name.
- Click Search.
- If found, advisor company is automatically added to list. ??
- Select advisor and Continue, to assign View All or View Assigned rights or click Back if no further action is desired.
