Each version of CloudPortal Services Manager (CPSM) has its own build number.

To validate the latest version implemented in an environment, look up the version number and provide it when logging a support case with Citrix.??

Identifying the Version Number

To identify the CloudPortal Services Manager version, log on to CPSM and go to the footer of any page.
For example, Powered by CloudPortal Services Manager v10.0.0.85.

Alternate Method to Identify the Version Number

1. Log on to the Provisioning Engine Server.

2. Find the file??EMS.Cortex.dll??in the install directory.

3. Right-click the file and select??Properties.

4. Click the??Details??tab. The??File version??corresponds to a value in the preceding table.

Note: This can also be done on all CPSM installed web services using EMS.Cortex.dll.
