Symptoms or Error

WorxMail does not sync after a certain period of time below the desired??threshold.


Solution

To resolve this issue match the max offline period on the MDX policy to match to the session timeout on NetScaler Gateway.
Max offline session: 72 hours
Session??and Forced Timeout:??4320 minutes
STA: 168 hours

The STA traffic is sent to the App Controller only and traffic can be seen??through a NetScaler trace or through the UseAuditLogFile.txt.
