Symptoms or Error
Error: "Http/1.1 Internal Server Error 29" when accessing StoreFront through NetScaler.
Completed the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
Performed aaad.debug in a PuTTY session to the NetScaler.
From the debug logs could see that the bind password is incorrect.
Examined the LDAP server configured on NetScaler.
Noticed that an organizational unit has changed and is improperly configured for the users trying to authenticate.
Changed the organizational unit to correct setting.
Incorrect organizational unit is configured in the LDAP server on NetScaler.
