NetScaler Gateway stuck at CGI/setclient after log on.

Symptoms or Error

NetScaler Gateway stuck at cgi/setclient after log on.


Solution

  • To resolve this issue disable USIP globally and on any created services.
  • Check if the WI/SF is reachable through Netscaler on http/https as specified in session profile.
  • Make sure all the ports are opened between Netscaler and storefront/WI as specified in below article:
