Symptoms or Error

Unable to log on to NetScaler Insight Center through GUI.

The following are some of the other symptoms of this issue:

  • High memory utilization
  • High CPU utilization
  • Reports are not visible

Solution

Complete the following troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue:

  1. If the requests coming to Insight Center are high then ensure that you use SSD with I/O speed greater then 200Mbps. For a complete list of requirements refer to NetScaler Insight Center deployment guide.

  2. Verify if the URL collection is enabled. This can quickly fill up the disk space. This should only be enabled when you are troubleshooting or need to collect logs for Citrix Analysis, otherwise it is recommended to disable this feature.

    Disable URL collection by going to Configuration > System > Change URL Data Collection Settings > Uncheck Enable URL Data Collection > Select OK to apply change.
