After applying XenMobile Rolling Patch 3, you might receive the following error when accessing the LDAP configuration:
500 Server Internal Error
Solution
Ensure that you ran the SQL statement mentioned in the Step 12 of CTX202199 - XenMobile Device Manager 9.0 Rolling Patch 3.??
In case you have not run the SQL statement then remove the patch and reinstall the Patch with the SQL statement mentioned in Step 12 of CTX202199.
If you receive a syntax error while running the SQL statement then add the column from the SQL Management Studio with the datatype VARCHAR(MAX) then run the following SQL statement:
ALTER TABLE ldap_group_role ALTER COLUMN OBJECT_SID VARCHAR(255);??
