NetScaler reporting does not work.

Symptoms or Error

NetScaler reporting does not work. The reporting tool shows that nscollect is disabled - /netscaler/nscollect.stop and reenabling /netscaler/nscollect makes no difference. NetScaler only shows data from a months ago and no recent data is displayed. Secondary NetScaler does not exhibit this behavior.


Solution

Verify if there is any *.pdb files in var/log/db/default/. If you do not find *.pdb files recreated during the last reboot then this issue is caused by a known bug.

To resolve this issue upgrade to at least NetScaler 10.1-128.x.
