We are using WorxMail to connect to Exchange Active Sync servers. In customer’s environment, half of the user’s mailbox has been migrated to Office 365 which is in cloud. In WorxMail mdx policy, mail server details are filled with On Premise Exchange Active Sync server details. If users mailbox is not on premise and is in cloud then Exchange Active Sync server is configured for 451 redirection and will give us the address of the cloud server. Our query is whether worxmail would be able to understand this redirection and create a new connection to cloud servers.
Answer:
WorxMail 10.3.5 will be supporting 451 redirection.
