Display Scaling (DPI) Causes Undesirable Published Application Display Issues With Multiple Monitors

There are two issues:

1. Published app floating toolbar cursor position is around 2 cm left of where the "action" is being performed.
2. Published app window changes scaling size when moved from the left (primary) monitor to the right (secondary) monitor.

Change the DPI scaling settings in Windows 8.1 In this case, the issue was resolved by clearing the "Let me chose one scaling level for all my displays" box.
Another approach would be to make the same change in the Citrix Receiver components:
CDViewer.exe (C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\ICA Client)
wfcrun32.exe (C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\ICA Client)
wfica32.exe (C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\ICA Client)
=> Compatibility => Disable display scaling on high DPI settings.

Windows 8.1 introduced the ability to enable or disable scaling levels for multiple displays.??Undesirable results can be seen with certain published applications when the??"Let me chose one scaling level for all my displays" box is checked, and the multiple monitors are set to significantly different resolutions.
